BUSINESS TALENT (PERMANENT) VISA

THE BUSINESS TALENT PERMANENT VISA HAS ALSO TWO STREAMS:

The Significant Business History Stream is introduced for wealthy part-owners or sole owner of a business organization who plans to have a key management function in an existing or new business in Australian territory.

The Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream is intended for corporate professionals who have attained at least AUD $1.000.000 ($1 Million) in funding from an Australian venture capital firm.

TO BE ABLE TO APPLY FOR THIS VISA:-

• The applicant should be below 55 years old
• Should have a successful business career
• Should be funded through a suitable territory or state government
• Should have total possessions in a succeeding business of AU$400,000 for a minimum two of the four financial years just before the applicant apply (you and your partner combined)
• Should have total possessions with a net worth of at least AU$1,500,000. This worth should be acquired legally and are eligible of being transferred to Australia within the initial years of visa being allotted.
• Should have an assurance certificate to maintain a proprietorship interest in a corporation in Australian territory and constant participation in the management of that business
• Should be of good character and health
